THE CITY WALLS

Start year: 1090. The wall encloses 31 hectare. Their perimeter is 2500 m. The walls have 88 semi-circle towers, 2500 battlements, are three meters thick and have 9 doors. This is the biggest monument in the world which is all iluminated. Important places: Puerta del Alcazar, Puerta del paso de la Harina. In the north area, Puerta del Mariscal, Puerta del Carmen, Puerta de San Segundo, Puerta de Santa Teresa, Puerta del Rastro, Puerta de la Mala Ventana.
